The wolf, still thirsty, followed him. This time he puffed and he destroyed the second pig's hut as well! The two little pigs scrambled to their brother's house made of stone.
The wolf, feeling very confident, reached the sturdy house. He puffed and he made an effort to blow down the house, but it stood firm. The wolf growled, but he couldn't break the house.
The three little pigs were safe inside their strong shelter. They were happy at the sight of the defeated wolf, who turned around and left.
